The Sirloin is a cut of beef from the lower portion of the animal. It’s known for it’s tenderness and flavour, but you don’t have to take our word for it! At Griffins, we use only the finest quality cuts of meat from cattle raised on natural grass and aged for 21 days in-house. Our sirloins are carefully selected to ensure the best flavour possible.
