WE STRIVE TO GET YOUR ORDER TO YOU AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE, HOWEVER, ALL ONLINE ORDERS 1 DAYS TO PROCESS AND DELIVER TO YOUR DOOR

We offer free delivery on orders over £100 to all  West Berkshire – saving you money on your order! Deliveries are typically made within 48 hours but may take longer when busy. On orders below £100, our standard delivery charge is £3.95.

We appreciate that you will want to know when your order will arrive, so please . And if you have better things to do than hang around all day waiting for the bell to ring, you can leave instructions on where your order can be safely left. We would advise you do provide us with delivery instructions to ensure your delivery arrives the day you requested. If there is no place the parcel can be left safe, we can have it delivered to an alternative address by calling us.

Your delivery will be chilled and delivered before 6pm the following day when dispatched but on rare occasions if there is a problem with courier outwith our control or peak seasons parcel may get delayed but will arrive the following day. Our parcels are packed and tested to last minimum of 48hours incase of this, so there is no need to wait in for your order, but on very rare occasions may be a day late. It is important that all meat and dairy products be refrigerated as soon as possible following receipt of your delivery. If you’re not in, the courier will leave your order in a safe place, as they’re not allowed to take it back to the depot.

Once you input your delivery address and postcode the exact delivery charge, for the day you specify, will be automatically calculated and added to your bill (if applicable).

Orders placed after 12:00 on a FRIDAY will be sent out for a TUESDAY delivery. We don’t offer a Saturday, Sunday or Monday delivery.

Please note that orders to the following delivery areas are on a 48 hour service as opposed to a next day service: RG17*, RG7*, RG18*, RG19*, RG20*, RG14*

Please note: due to high output at busier times of the year, on rare occasions deliveries may miss the hub and arrive a day later than assigned, however all orders are packed to keep cool in case of this. Please bear this in mind when ordering.
